You can download fonts from this website:
www.1001fonts.com
Download some fonts and then open the .rar file. Copy the file in the .rar onto ur desktop then go on control panel, open the folder "Fonts" and then copy the file from ur desktop into that, when thats done open ur image editer program, (For example, GIMP) and click the fonts and then type the first letter of ur font u downloaded.
